Lead Certified Veterinary Technician

Danielle joined the staff at SCAH in 2014 after working in emergency and specialty medicine.  She previously worked as the assistant supervisor of the Surgery department at Mass Veterinary Referral Hospital.  Danielle graduated from Mount Ida College in 2007 and earned her CVT shortly after.  In addition to her passion for veterinary medicine Danielle loves to travel and goes on a yearly vacation to Florida.  She lives with her two puggles Kimba and Natasha.


Certified Veterinary Technician

Kelly's love for animals started at a very young age, when the talking animal movies took precedence over the princess movies every time.  Kelly started working at an emergency veterinary clinic right after high school and has been working as a technician ever since.  Congrats to Kelly for passing the VTNE this past April and becoming a CERTIFIED technician!

Jen joined the SCAH team in December of 2014 after graduating from Mount Ida College with a BS in veterinary technology.  She passed the VTNE and became a certified technician in August of 2016.  Jen currently resides in Halifax with her husband and their four cats: Munchkin, Daisy, Monty and Darwin.

Certified Veterinary Technician

 ​Amy has been part of the SCAH team since 2016 after working for several years in emergency medicine.  She is a Certified Veterinary Technician and a graduate of Mount Ida College with a BS in Veterinary Technology.  She lives in Brockton with her husband and their two beagles: Sniffy and Eddie.  Besides having a life-long love for animals, Amy loves to travel and has a passion for music.

 ​Julianne joined the team at South Coastal in October of 2017.  She graduated from Mount Ida college in May 2017 and passed her VTNE to become a certified technician in July 2017.  Julianne loves all animals, but none more than her Shih Tzu Scooby and her black capped conure Ollie.  


Dental Technician / Veterinary Technician

Amy has been working for Dr. Strake for many years.  She is an extraordinary technician who has now moved into a full time surgery technician position.  She also does all of our dental procedures.  Amy also is our Cat groomer who's specialty is the "Lion Cut".  She is a prize winning Rottweiler breeder who loves taking her dogs to dog shows and winning ribbons!  She lives with her Husband and their Rotties - Summer and Savannah. 


Veterinary Technician

Abby has been working in the veterinary field for many years.  Her knowledge of anesthesia and surgical procedures has made her a valuable asset to the SCAH team.  In her spare time Abby loves paddle boarding and living the "Salt Life" on the ocean.  She has one guinea pig named Patches!


Veterinary Technician

Pete as a wealth of knowledge in the veterinary world, working in general practice and emergency medicine.  He brings his passion for animals and love for the veterinary field to our team.  In his spare time he loves to fish and golf.  He is also a master joker and fluent in the art of Ninja!


Veterinary Technician

Lenore is currently studying business at Massasoit Community College.  She works as both a veterinary technician and a receptionist and loves learning all aspects of the hospital, including the business side.  Her free time is spent riding the motorcycle with her husband, doing crafts she finds on Pinterest, going to the beach and hanging out with her pets.  She is also a full time pet-sitter who is always welcoming dogs to her house for "vacation!".  She lives in Scituate with her husband Jackson and their four dogs Zeus, Hera, Otis and Muppy Puppy. Lenore and Jackson just welcomed their first child, a boy, named Wyatt!  They also have a cat named squeaks! 


Veterinary Technician / Receptionist

Elyse has worked for SCAH for many years, starting out as a kennel attendant and working and training to become a veterinary technician.  She is now one of our most skilled technicians!  Elyse also works at our front desk as a receptionist and loves talking to all our clients about their fur kids!  Elyse lives in Randolph with her cats Fiona, Felix, and Fannie and her Chihuahua Frank a.k.a. FrankZilla!

Lori joined SCAH in 2013 after spending many years in the animal dermatology field.  She is our go-to technician for all those itchy skin questions!  Lori is also our sweet treat connoisseur, always baking something delicious for our always hungry staff. Lori lives with her Husband and their gaggle of animals including dogs, cats, sugar gliders and birds!

Jim is a part time veterinary technician who also works in human medicine at South Shore Orthopedics.  Jim loves all animals and is a big teddy bear himself.  He loves finding new healthy recipes to try out.  Jim lives in Abington with his wife Kelly and their dog Brody.

Gina went to Unity College in Maine where she earned her BAS in Captive Wildlife Care and Education.  Prior to working at SCAH, Gina worked in emergency veterinary medicine.  Gina not only loves cats and dogs, she has been a goat breeder for the past 10 years.  Gina currently lives with her three dogs, Dakota the chocolate lab, Luna the German short haired pointer and Bindi the 8 month old pibble.
